Well Dave (aka Dad) - I am very pleased to see that most of you are wearing the yellow jackets (the safest color of course) :) Can not wait to read future blogs. Thanks to the folks who set this up!

I won't be peddling with you and Horst - it's beyond the limits of my physical and mental imaging capacities - but I will be on the grandstands cheering for any number of kilometers that you click. I admire this crazy undertaking (no pun intended!) and am in awe of your devotion to cycle across Canada. Let me cycle with you from this safe corner of cyberspace: Go PatandHorst Go!
